Homeless guy

Please stop lurking outside my house. Seems harmless, out of it... stares at the sky, stands in the same place for a half an hour. Ross Security came on demand and hopefully will get him to stand in the middle of the road and stare at nothing in some other part of town, other than directly in front of my gate.
